What is a public benefit organisation (PBO)?
A PBO is an organisation that meets the requirements prescribed in section 30 of the Income Tax Act (the IT Act) and which may apply for approval to the Commissioner of the South African Revenue Service (the Commissioner), to enjoy the benefit of certain tax concessions.

What is a tax deductible receipt?
This is a specific receipt that is issued to a donor by an organisation that has been approved by the Commissioner under section 18A of the IT Act. A taxpayer making a bona fide donation in cash or of property made in kind is entitled to a deduction from his taxable income if the donation is supported by the necessary tax deductible receipt.

The plane is purchased.... the Pilots are ready.... but we need a little help keeping our feet off the ground! Our plane is costing us R350.00ZAR ($25USD) Per hour. You can use our donation button to sponsor our time in the sky! 

Plane Operations - Air to ground operations, Presence Patrols, Reaction,s Check for Injured animals and carcasses, game Counts and training operations. 

The aircraft is available at no charge to the Rhino owners in our immediate area to assist with all reactions.

Education and awareness 


 With the continual increase in Rhino poaching in South Africa, most of the reserves and farms have increased their security internally, but we still had the problem that the poachers were using the network of roads outside of Reserves.  In February 2013 Protrack Anti-poaching unit set up the Protrack Rhino Task Team NPC Mobile response unit.
